The nicest place to stay when travelling to Sigiriya. Location next to Sigiriya as well as many restaurants. Also, in the middle of the city. Lots of delicious food.

Our stay at this place was really nice, a decent venue for exploring the area, the location was not far from the amazing sites, and the restaurant had appetising and brilliant food that we appreciated.

the room was neat and beautiful and what's more - included a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. the decor was nice and the bed was comfy.

Nice place to stay in Sigiriya, if compared to other hotels. My double room had modern conveniences, including a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and a TV. The location was unbeatable and marvellous, very close to the Sigiriya Rock, Sri Lanka, and many restaurants or main village, in a beautiful area.

Clean and cozy rooms, efficient air conditioning, large and clean pool, extremely friendly staff, helpful with transportation arrangements, close to Sigiriya.

I chose this place because it was exceptionally comfortable and the staff were helpful, with a central location making it easy to walk everywhere.

I always stay at this amazing place in Sigiriya. The staff was so helpful, they even provided me the local taxi number. It has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, parking, restaurant, fitness centre, outdoor pool. Can't wait to come back for another city trip.

Wildlife Range Office-Sigiriya is just a stone's throw away from the property, making it a perfect haven for nature enthusiasts like me. Walking through the lush green garden felt like stepping into a wildlife sanctuary, where I encountered various exotic species. The hotel truly embraces its surroundings, creating an ambiance that seamlessly blends with nature.

Housekeeping inconsistency.

We stayed at Nivadoo Resort and had a wonderful time. The spacious family sized cabin provided beautiful views from the terrace. The pool was fantastic and we enjoyed the food service by the pool. The main lobby and restaurant area were a great place to relax. The staff were lovely and very helpful. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Great Location and Modern Rooms

The location was perfect, close to many tourist attractions and restaurants. The rooms were modern and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The swimming pool was also very nice and clean, with plenty of sunbeds available.

The staff was not attentive enough and made us wait for a long time when we requested assistance. The quality of the food in the restaurant was very disappointing, especially the steak and burgers.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and I was blown away by the exclusive amenities and world-class service. the garden area and outdoor swimming pool were breathtaking, providing a real feeling of serenity and relaxation. the room was spacious and beautifully designed with exclusive facilities, making me feel like I was in my own private oasis. the restaurant and bar/lounge area provided an array of delicious meals and cocktails, making every dining experience spectacular.

The only minor issue I encountered was the hotel's location, which was not within walking distance of many restaurants or attractions. the exceptional staff were always available to provide tuc tuc transportation in just a few minutes, so this was easily overcome.
